 OUR VINES & LAND

The exploitation is formed by a whole series of vineyards of very diverse idiocracy and different soils that together make up the agricultural landscape of 7103.

Vineyards of complex ages between 0 and over 60 years and autochthonous varieties, typical of the island of Mallorca, such as Mantonegro, Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet and Fogoneu, are the ones that distinguish our wines.

The different types of soils make up the coupages of our single-varietal wines.

'Call Vermell' & Gravel

A reddish soil with a predominant surface layer of pebbles and gravel.  This is very favourable for rainfed farming our vines.  It prevents the evapotranspiration of humidity from the soil during the summer months and therefore preserves the soil's humidity and freshness.
